What kind of a monster would shoot a child?

I know you’re going to say that he aimed for the mother, but still, it was a monstrous act. He saw the child in the car, he made the decision to fire the gun and possibly traumatize the child for life by witnessing the murder of her mother, but he still chose to do this. Am I the only one who would like to hang this guy by his “parts that matter”? I also know that you’re going to say that because I’m a Muslim, I have no feelings and blah blah blah. Well guess what? I donate blood (mine is a rare type and needed, AB+) I am on a list for kidney donation in the hopes of saving just one life. And anytime I hear of a child of any race or religion being harmed, it makes my blood boil and I want to give the victimizers what they deserve.
