I wanna stop?

I wanna stop masturbating its not getting in the way i just dont wanna do it anymore but i cant stop im 14 if any1 wants to know i only do it like once a day but i fear its getting in the way of my social life like at school im insecure and shy and i think this was caused by that cause before i used to be open and friendly now im shy and unhappy because of this anyone know how to help me stop? i do have 2 seperate hobbys drag racing and nitro RC cars, but im involved in student government and german club. just tell me how to stop. and i dont want anny $hitty answers like “why would you want to stop” just tell me the benefits and negative that will come of this
