Where can I get a Disney toy repaired?

I got my daughter a Princess Disney laser controlled car for Christmas. It was a hot ticket item last year & I was not able to get one then. I found one this year off of Craig’s List never opened & still in the box. Unfortunately it didn’t work. The sensors on the car are not picking up the laser light. Does anyone know of a company that would repair it?
