I downloaded the premium pack for midnight club LA but in the garage the new cars are not on the list why?

I got the full premium pack and both car packs but none of the cars listed in the packs are on the purchase able cars list how can i get them opend up?

Go to your 2nd menu when in cruise, where the online stuff is. Go to online and select the downloadable content. Select your packs.

And just so we’re clear, the premium pack must be installed LAST (and the Playstation store/Xbox marketplace should have specified this). The game update must be installed, and then the map pack. It looks like it doesn’t install right if you don’t do it this way.
