Bumper Cars Game Championship

What are tips for accepting critism and ridding grudges?
I don’t take it very well.
example:
Last year my basketball team was in our championship. We lost. My parents blamed it on me and how badly I played. Atleast I tried and scored a few points. Now I don’t want to play in front of them or anybody for the least.
Today was the first game of the year and we lost by a buzzer breaker. My mom once again said that I should practice more often but I’m on house lockdown and can’t even go on my porch.
Plus, I need anger management. I take my anger out by drawing and stabbing, crying, and smashing things. So far I broke my mom’s window, my dad’s bumper, and last year I took my second place trophy and smashed it on my dad’s car.
and I’m a physco. Please help.
oh and I’m not that physco I’m just going through pubertal stages…
Why don’t you take the negative energy that is being given to you and turn it into something great? Your parents are blaming you for the team’s loss? Next game, try even HARDER to prove to yourself (and your parents) that you CAN do it!
GTi Racing: Herbie rides again.
